Since its opening in 2022, Main Street Uncorked has always listened to its customers. After the sister establishment Brown Water Cigar opened, Suzi thought it would great to have a nearby option for those who wanted wine and martinis but not a cigar. The old bank building behind Brown Water Cigar was vacant and it seemed like the ideal spot. The nine month remodel of the building included a commercial kitchen for charcuterie boards and an occasional steak night. However, once again, Suzi listened to her customers who wanted another restaurant in Brenham that was more than just a sandwich shop or pizza place, so she hired a chef and started expanding the menu. And today, because of careful curating of that menu, including expanding the drink offerings, Main Street Uncorked is a a full-fledged restaurant serving brunch, lunch, dinner, martinis, specialty cocktails, wines and premium beers, all because the customers spoke and Suzi listened.
